Our websites are provided solely for the use of our current and future customers, so we may provide you with information about us, to permit you to place orders for our products and to enable you to contact us with any questions or comments that you may have. Digital product (customizable template) use and consent

When you purchased our offering, you were given a reasonable notice that these Terms and Conditions of Use existed. By moving forward with your purchase of the offering and further access of the offering, you implicitly agreed and continue to agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as any disclaimers and privacy disclosures contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use.

You agree You are at least 18 years old or of age in your applicable jurisdiction to access the offering. Access of our offering and related materials by a minor is a violation of use, and we reserve the right to terminate your access if such an issue is discovered.

Delivery is via digital download from your My Account page and downloads are available immediately after purchase.

Support

By purchasing a FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, and Sage Brand Shop product, you are granted priority email support. Support is offered for product installation, setup, or technical issues. Support is not offered for customizations, compatibility issues with 3rd party plugins, or general DiviElementor, Kadence, WordPress, or Canva questions. Response times for support questions may range from 12 – 48 hours within the operating hours of 9am – 5pm PST Monday – Friday. Support can be accessed by emailing support@sagebrandshop.com.

Product support does not include services to modify or extend the product beyond the original features, style and functionality as described on the product page and product demo.

Product support does not include installation of the product on your website, unless installation services are purchased seperately.

Product support does not cover issues with your web hosting or server environment, or issues with the WordPress, your theme, or any plugins you have installed on your website.

Intellectual property notice

Duplicating, sharing, or uploading any Product Content, including to any sharing or social media sites, is considered stealing and an infringement of our intellectual property rights, FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, and Sage Brand Shop will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All videos, course work, lessons, training modules, images, text, designs, graphics, templates, layouts, trademarks, and service marks are owned by and property of FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, and Sage Brand Shop, or the properly attributed party. It is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing You to stop using our intellectual property immediately.

Duplicating, sharing, or uploading any of the above mention content, including to any sharing or social media sites, is considered stealing and an infringement of our intellectual property rights, we will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We have spent a great deal of time and money building the intellectual property located on this site and in order to maintain the integrity of it, we cannot allow any third party use.

You will be able to access the majority of FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, Sage Brand Shop websites without having to register any details with us. However, particular areas of these websites may only be accessible if you have registered.

Sites Uptime

FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, Sage Brand Shop takes all reasonable steps to ensure that these websites is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server, third party tools, and other technical issues. Therefore FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, Sage Brand Shop will not be liable if any of these websites are unavailable at any time. These websites may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, Sage Brand Shop’s control. Terms Regarding Support

Refunds

As FlixFrame LLC, Brands By Sage, and Sage Brand Shop, all courses and all digital products are non-tangible and irrevocable digital goods to which you have immediate access on payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please consider all of the information before purchasing to make sure that the course or product you choose is right for you. We take your investment seriously, and we’d appreciate if you took our investment of time and resources into your success seriously, too.

Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT offer any refunds or returns for any courses, products, or services sold on our websites for any reason. Courses and any shop items once purchased are absolutely non-refundable. Since you get access to the entire course material right from the start, and due to the nature and delivery method of courses and shop items, all sales are final and nonrefundable once payment is processed. Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all of our bonuses, affiliate bonuses, or other materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase of our offerings. We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

Recurring payments

If you have signed up for a payment plan, you hereby authorize our continued access to your financial information stored by our third-party financial processing company referenced in this Agreement until your payment plan is complete, as set forth in your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout.

Revocation of access

You have the unilateral right to terminate your use and access to any of our offerings. Please send an email to info@brandsbysage.com to initiate this process. Termination will not excuse you of further payment. Upon confirmation of your termination, any and all outstanding balances will become immediately due and payable. Any existing balance that remains after 14 days from the date of termination will be sent to a collections agency, and you agree to be responsible for any additional charges, fees, or costs associated with such a collection effort, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

Dispute resolution

If you and our Company cannot find a resolution to a dispute or potential claim by means of good-faith negotiation, then you explicitly agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve any such dispute through Alternative Dispute Resolution or Mediation before filing a civil cause of action.

Non-disparagement

If you are found to be slandering, libelling, or otherwise disparaging our Company, offerings, or related materials at our discretion, you will be immediately removed from the offerings and any related communications. We reserve the right to file a civil claim of action against you for any such damaging actions you take that materially harm Our Company.

Law and jurisdiction
