What will be customized?
During the customization process, your name or business name, and your positioning statement (also known as Tagline) if applicable. The positioning statement is absolutely optional.
How long is the process?
Shortly after you place your order, we will send you a brief and easy questionnaire. You will have up to 48 hours to complete the questionnaire.
Once we receive your information we will prepare all your deliverables (including your logos in all formats and your brand board) within 48 hours, and ship them virtually directly into your inbox.
What can be customized in my branding suite?
Your name or business name and positioning statement (if applicable).
How many revisions will we receive?
As these are semi-custom brands there are no revisions. Please make sure you choose the brand and color palette that best fits your vision for your brand, and triple check you enter the correct details in the questionnaire after purchase.
How will I know how to implement my new brand consistently?
With your final files, you will receive a customized brand board. This is a PDF document that will include links to download all the logo variations, your chosen color palette hex values, and fonts selection. This document will be your guide and serve as your roadmap when presenting your brand across different platforms.
Will my brand look like someone else’s?
Although this isn’t exclusive custom branding, (which is a very expensive process) just because you purchase a semi-bespoke branding suite, it does not mean that it will look identical to someone else’s. Although this isn’t fully custom branding your name or business name are unique to you, and the many options of color palette will ensure that your brand is tailored to you and only you.

Do I get any images?
